Soap Box Bath Company Product/ Order FAQs

I have just placed an order.  What happens now? 

Orders are assembled in the order they are received, and as quickly as we are able, so you are able to enjoy your products sooner than later! Please note not all products can be shipped in hotter temperatures.  This information can be found in the product description (ie. body butters). We cannot be responsible for climate considerations outside our control (temperature, delivery conditions, delivery location). Once a package leaves our home, we have no control over the shipment. 

Once you have placed an order, it is not possible to add to your order after the fact.  The Shopify interface does not allow for this, you will need to create another new, separate order.  

If your package arrives and there is damage to the products, please contact us within 48 hours.  The customer is responsible for contacting shipping carriers for packages that are damaged, lost, shipments and/ or delivery delays. 

IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN LOCAL PICKUP, we will be in touch by email to make further arrangements. 

Do you accept returns?

As our products are considered "personal hygiene products", we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.  However, if you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please reach out to us!  We are dedicated to the integrity and quality of our products as they are offered in good faith, and online reviews and negative word-of-mouth can make or break a small business.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss your concern or experience and we will do everything we can to make it right.  We are committed to our customers.
